Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Dazzleish, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, returns, exchanges, or refunds will only be accepted in cases where a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error from our end.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• A clear 360-degree unboxing video recorded from the opening of the sealed package until the product is fully revealed must be provided. The video must be continuous, with no cuts, edits, or pauses.
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition.
• All original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and invoices/receipts must be intact and included with the return.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video or with missing packaging/tags may be rejected.

Return Process

Customers wishing to return an eligible item must contact our customer support team to obtain the return address and further instructions. Products should not be shipped back without prior approval.

Quality Inspection

Upon receipt of the returned item, our quality control team will inspect the product to verify that it meets the conditions outlined in this policy. Approval of a return request does not guarantee acceptance until the item successfully passes the inspection process.

Refunds

Where applicable and once the returned item passes inspection, refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Exchange

Approved exchanges will be processed for the same product or a suitable replacement, subject to stock availability.
